Hot-Air Balloon

Today my class got to learn about how hot air rises with ReMax Realty. They brought their hot-air balloon to our school. The first thing I learned is that hot air particles spread out when they get hotter. This causes the balloon to fly. Second I learned that a hot-air balloon was the first aircraft known to man. It was created in the 1700s and was made in France. In a few years they came to America and was wittnessed by George Washington in Phillidelfia. Next I learned that there are different types of hot-air balloons such as the helium balloon and the hot-air balloon. After that I learned that hot-air balloons have a flap which enables them to land. Finally I learned that to inflate a hot-air balloon they turn it on its side and fill it two-thirds with cold air and one-third with warm air. After today I learned stuff I never knew before.
